Questions & Answers
Are you licensed and qualified to operate drones commercially?
Yes. We are registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and operate within legal guidelines for commercial drone operations. Our operators follow strict safety protocols on every job. View our Compliance Statement.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We have public liability insurance to protect both our clients and the public, ensuring peace of mind for every project we undertake. We also hold professional indemnity insurance.
What weather conditions prevent flying?
We cannot operate in rain, snow or high winds. Wind speed and visibility are critical to flight safety. If conditions are questionable, we’ll monitor the weather closely and reschedule as needed.
Can you fly indoors?
Yes, indoor flights are possible in large, open spaces with minimal obstructions. While indoor flights are not regulated in the same way as outdoor ones, we still conduct a risk assessment to ensure safe operation.
What is your maximum flight height and range?
We operate within legal altitude limits (up to 400ft) and maintain line of sight at all times. We can fly up to 500 meters away horizontally, depending on local airspace regulations.
